Your illustrations has some lines of a 55 full size Ford, but the enormous wheels indiicate it is a modern car. I would guess it is a custom car based on the 2005 thunderbird, with an aftermarket front clip kit and some additional custom work on the top of the back fenders. Search for body kits for thunderbird, there are several I have heard about but haven't seen any in person.
