any alignment gurus out there? I went to get me front tires aligned at the ford dealership, no go cuz i needed a right upper balljoint. so i had the joint replaced, plus new springs (both sides were broken), plus new struts, plus had it aligned, ever since it pulls to the right big time, have had the alinment checked at another good shop, specs are right on, tires are good, pressure is good, even switched the tires around, it still pulls to the right, willchange lanes all by itself, I'm frustrated, any ideas? (2) is ther any easy way to replace the O2 sensors on my 94 4.6v8 ? They seem to be in an impossible spot.

I would definately look into another shop for alignment. About your o2 sensors, they arent too bad to get too. I changed mine on my 95' 4.6 Tbird. The hardest part is the connectors. I would park it somewhere when you have time to let it cool, jack it up and use some jack stands. I just had a hard time unhooking the plugs, if you can do that, the o2 sensors are not too bad to take out.

You stated the right side upper ball joint and spring replaced. The first question I have is: does the car change lanes by its self under accelereation or all the time? If it does it under acc. check the upper and lower control arm bolts and bushings. My father had the same problem with a Lebaron turbo. One of the lower bolts was missing all the threads but 4 causing the control arm to twist under torque. If you find a loose bolt, take the car back or have it towed to the shop that replaced the springs and make them replace the bolt with a new one. Hope I could help, Jack

I haven't personally used Autozone strut rod bushings, I don't think you should have much problems if you use them. What i do recommend is that you go to a shop that specializes in 4 by 4 alignment. In general they have more experience than your normal Autozone repair shop, the last thing you want is to put in a new pair of tires and have them get worn out sooner than needed and/or wear out unevenly.
Also, while you're down there, move on over to the Upper control arms. I had a problem where i would hear squeaking every time the car would hit a dip. Turns out my upper control arms had lots of slack, this can potentially be a problem if you hit a dip to hard or just with time. you don't want to have one of those break on you while you're driving :)
Hope this helped you
Avi
