Do you hear it running? Could be a blocked hose too. Apply power to the motor and see if it works, if it does it is the switch or wiring. >

Check the washer tank too.  Could be some gunk at the bottom.   On the subwoofer, Circuit City and Best Buy couldn't help and buying online just seemed expensive.  My research was telling me that this was a body shop effort and thought I needed a special JBL/Ford part.   So I went the dealership route.  I think it was $139 for the part and $50 for the job.  The dealership subcontracts this sort of stuff and I kinda watched to see what he would do, right in the service lane!  Turned out to be simple from what I could see.  He popped the cover and knew where to unbolt the speaker without having to mess with the plastic molding.  You just need tight hands.  He was done in half an hour.  But I'm glad I got it done.  That subwoofer was driving me nuts.  If you can get it out of the junkyard, more power to ya.   T

Thank you for the info, i purchased a sub woofer from a company called Parts express.com they have all sorts of speakers, amps everything related to audio. The replacement speaker they sent didnt have the strong bass as the factory Ford JBL sub wofer and yes they cost $109.00 fromthe dealership.I just wanted a back up sub woofer so if i ever decide to go crazy on the bass ill have a back up oem speaker. My washer tank is clean i think it the sitch at the steering colum or the washer pump.
