Guy's I just received the worst news of my life. I'm losing both my probes. My parents just came home tonight and told me we need to sell a few things to get some more money the story behind it is: my little brother who is 4 years old was hit and pretty much permenently disabled by a drunk driver in a truck while he was on the side walk this was about two months ago and our insurance will only cover 250,000 of his medical bills and they mounted over 600000 so we found out that the hospital is going to sue us over the additional amount so we have to start selling some things that are considered toys or uneeded items and they told me that my cars will have to go and after the whole matter is settled they will help me buy a different car to play with and they don't know when that will be. THIS FUCKIN SUCKS AS THE ANGER WELLS I have no choice but to let go of my babies they are up for sale tomorrow the 94 SSE is going for 5000 and the 93 is going for 3000 if any one is interested please let me know I would rather sell this things to one of you guys than some joe blow who doesn't give a shit and just wants a fast cool looking car. this fuckin sucks as I said before I just though I'd let you guys know sincerly and tearfully I have made the last mods to my probes that I love I can still help you guys out if you have any questions about performance parts or how to get 165 hp out of that little four banging bitch if You guys want to have your engine custom done or a nice paint or powder coat just let me know I would be more than happy to see a nice smiling dohc valve cover stairing at me with the hardest regrets Blake

Blake, Your insurance company's attorneys need to pursue legal action against the at fault driver's insurance company immediately. I am hoping that they didn't sign a waiver to prevent the pursuit of any further legal action in the matter. Dealing with insurance companies is a serious pain in the ass with the ins and outs of tort law. My best advice to your family is to push the issue and not to give up. You may also wish to contact MADD - perhaps they'd be able to give you some alternatives on the matter as well. My heartfelt concern is extended to your family. Godspeed, Chris > >

Hey guys there is one problem the driver has no insurance and he is going to court to settle his clam on the truck thats the problem he is liable but the state can only fine him so much and then it's over and the amount that the state fines is only 50000 and we don't see any of that money the state gets all of that money madd already offered some money but it isn't enough later Blake >

Have an attorney sue and file a lien against everything and anything the offending driver owns.

file against your ins. . uninured/underinsured. .minimum in my state is 20000. . .soo depending ont he level of coverage, you should get a sizeabe chunk in return. . .that is unless you are not required to have it. . . then i dunno, but you can certainly take him to cuourt. . assault with a deadly weapon, wreckless endangerment, dwi. . . that can add up to a massive penalty. try civil actions. . .

Hey guys me again I started tearing into that vr4 haha I know why he dropped it off the bearings are shot in the turbo's hehehe but back to business my mom and dad told me that everything has been taken care off but we are going to keep the money from the vehicles on hand just in case but the lawyer thinks we have a strong case and we should be able to get the cost of the ins out of the defendant and madd is picking up 25% of the medical costs but it still comes up a little short I had hopes today that I could still possibly get my probe's back but I have to let go for good I realize there gone but I live hehehe got the gt so that will be a nice shoulder to cry on ahhahaha later Blake >
